Centerville-Washington Diversity Council (CWDC) Scholarship Program: The CWDC is proud to offer students graduating high school in 2025 one $2,000 scholarship for a selected student to use at any accredited 2-4 yr college or university. The CWDC is also offering one scholarship, not to exceed $500, for a selected student to use at any trade school.
Eligibility: Recipients must be;
1. A senior graduating high school in Spring 2025.
2. A resident of Centerville or Washington Township.
3. Have a demonstrated financial need.
4. Accepted by an accredited 2y/4yr college or university or a recognized trade school.
Note: A trade school is a post-secondary educational institution that provides hands-on training and education for specific jobs. Trade schools are also known as vocational or technical schools. They offer specialized programs that teach the skills needed for a chosen career path, such as: welding, business administration, computer repair, carpentry, plumbing, cosmetology, barber, etc.,)
Supporting Documentation Required:
1. A completed application form: click HERE
2. An official high school transcript uploaded to this application
3. A Letter of Acceptance from post-secondary institution or a recognized trade school
Process: This application must be completed by the applicant and submitted no later than midnight on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
